I have a passion for leadership and working with my peers in a collaborative, open communicative manner. My foundational knowledge and coursework in interpersonal skills, management, and various business classes, as well as participation in various extracurricular activities, have expanded my interest in the finance industry. Through participating in the Inclusive Business Leaders program at the University of Nebraska Lincoln College of Business, and now serving as a peer mentor, my passion for leading and working with others continues to grow. As a mentor, I help students transition to college and the College of Business, as well as support their introduction to learning about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the workplace. I am interested in pursuing an internship role with a financial focus, where I can utilize both my interpersonal and collaboration skills. With my foundational studies, I am eager to expand my knowledge and experience in the financial field and grow my business mindset.
