As settled, solo pastor, I worked in all aspects of ministry, including: preparing meaningful worship, preaching, teaching, administration, overseeing elders, participating in the work of the Board of trustees and visioning with them. I have led worship and educational opportunities in person and online.

As Director of Pastoral formation I work closely with Masters and Doctoral level students at the Seattle University School of Theology and Ministry providing academic and spiritual support, assisting in maintaining relationships between DSF and Seattle U for the benefit of students, and connecting students with the General Church. This position also includes public relations and outreach, visioning with the institutions, fund raising, and recruitment.
