Sales Support Administrator
- Knowledgeably answer external inquiries via phone, direct calls and take messages as needed- Receive and welcome clients and all visitors to office- Coordinate the affiliation process for new agents- Provide instruction and support on office systems- Design and bind booklets and prepare presentation materials for agents’ clients using Canva- Assist agents with marketing and advertising needs, including social media campaigns - Maintain an organized reception area, oversee conference room and set up for meetings- Manage calendars, schedule and coordinate meetings for office members via MS Office- Prepare and process expenses reports and invoices- Responsible for sending and receiving mail and packages- Order supplies, maintain inventory and office equipment
