I track campaigns through email until making call to the prospects.-Complete daily tasks in excel making process for the digital transformation team, creating marketing campaign calendar and sales funnel.

I have gained experience with customer serivce and gaining the power of getting in to small talk with many customers.• During a shift I will greet tables, take drink order, food order, check how the food is, and offer people if they like a second drink. • I will clean tables when customers leave, and set my section before and after I am done working.• I will also do my side work, that is assign to me ever night.

While working at the campus store I work at the register, package pick up, and I also assisant with books. • Working the resister, I will ring peoples books and merandise. • Working package pick up, I get students ID and log that they have been delivered to the student. I also go back and find the package and give it to the student. • Working with books I have done the inventory, chargebacks, and checking in the books and getting them ready for the next semster.

Everytime I worked my day would be different, it was always exciting to work as a barista. It all depended on if I worked in the morning or in the evening.• I greeted people with a smile and took their order and took their payment. It would depend on what I got told by my supervisor.• I would also make drinks to customers with their specific special requests. I made the drinks in a timely manner.• I would do the cleaning tasks that were assign to me. When I closed the store I would be fouced everytime so I can get more detail cleaning done aswell.
