I am a licensed CPA in the State of Utah. I graduated from the University of Utah with a Master's Degree in Accounting. While in public accounting, I experienced clients across many different industries, but have particular experience in, Technology, Manufacturing, and Not-for-Profit. I now work for an exciting and fast growing tech company called Instructure, as the Director of SEC Reporting. I was part of the IPO team that took Instructure public in November 2015 working directly on the S-1. I now own the financial reporting process for our SEC compliance filings including, but not limited to, 8-K's for quarterly earnings releases, 10-Q's, and 10-K's. I was recently given the opportunity to take on the Assistant Controller role, as well. This has given me a chance to experience the operations and management side of accounting.
