My duties included; providing a consistent level of professionalism and confidentiality with patients/clients. Performed a wide variety of reception and administrative duties, such as answering a multiline switch board, filing and booking appointments and testing. Administering proper explanation and ensuring all patients understand examinations and procedures. Administered and processed patient information and requisitions with due diligence and confidentiality. Scheduling examinations according to department protocol, proofreading reports, taking notes for physician and patient records. I also assisted with aid to ultrasound technicians by cleaning and sanitizing examination rooms. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Netcare.
