I retired from the U.S. Army in 2020 after a 23 year career. I am an experienced executive multi-functional logistics and personnel manager, culminating as a Global Supply Chain Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing multi-billion-dollar contracts. I spent much of military career overseas, and possess a dynamic breadth of strategic global perspective, particularly in Eastern Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, developed through extensive engagement with international partners. I have vast experience in event planning, protocol arrangements, and VIP coordination. I am a meticulous planner with experience in establishing and leading non-profit organizations.Following my retirement, I became a farmer. I serve as the President of Project Victory Gardens, a nonprofit organization dedicated to agritherapy, animal therapy, and farm to table education. Our main priority is to help transitioning service members enter the agribusiness field through the Palmetto Veterans in Agribusiness Program. I serve on numerous nonprofit boards focused on agriculture and veterans issues. Farmers feed, clothe, and move the Nation and I use my platform to advocate for Veterans and Farmers at the local, state, and National level.
