In this critical role, I have comprehensive responsibility for support and management of all activities at this very active oral surgery clinic, administering all necessary functions for the seamless daily operation of three surgical practices. My duties demand the regular deployment of Maxident and Autopia DentalWorks software packages as well as attentive file and inventory management.I am responsible for liaising with clients throughout the entire client relationship cycle, providing initial scheduling and onboarding services, addressing client inquiries and concerns, coordinating and implementing treatment plans, efficient processing of claims and payments, and conducting post-operative contact.My knowledge of claims processing is inclusive of First Nations-Inuit health service policy and procedure, as well as pre-authorization and post-operative approval for both in-office and in-hospital surgical care.

At Booster Juice, my supervisory duties demanded leadership and management of all business activities, including maximizing employee performance and morale, effective inventory management and scheduling, and demonstrating excellence in client relationship management. This included key-holding responsibilities involving total accountability for operational success and adherence to corporate and industry policy and procedures. My commitment to optimal service delivery demanded efficient processing of orders and development customized solutions through superior product knowledge.

At Sport Chek, I was responsible for sales and service to a diverse clientele at Canada's largest retailer of sport equipment and apparel, evaluating and fulfilling customer needs as well as ensuring the best possible customer experience. I also efficiently processed retail transactions, satisfied work orders, and executed point-of-sale management.
