• Directly supervise Manager Trainees for 12-16 weeks or until they get certified at a restaurant. • Responsible for training and developing future restaurant managers. • Uphold and teach company policy, standards, and systems. • Conduct weekly evaluations with Manager Trainees. • Work closely with management upline to establish goals, deadlines, and training procedures.

• Deliver quality in a fast-paced, fun atmosphere and direct staff in providing excellent customer service• Leading from the front with regard to Production and Service (daily operations) of the restaurant• Management of Sales and Profit projections (P&L)• Food Cost Controls• People Management including labor budgets, scheduling, etc• Ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences• Manager of the Month- January 2024• WHU Peer Award- June 2024

• Ensure the kitchen is running smoothly• Focus on quality food and presentation• Uphold company policies• Maintain health code regulations• Train new and old employees on job requirements and expectations

• Focus on quality customer service, quick ticket times, and seamless table turns. • Prepare food orders and drinks, taking phone orders, and carrying out, dine-in, and curbside service. • Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, wiping down, etc. • Train new hires on job duties and restaurant rules and regulations.

•Assist Human Resource Department with most functions of human resources including, but not limited to, benefits administration, performance evaluations, employee events,• Support the HR Department with maintaining employee personnel files and filing systems.• Enter data for personnel actions including new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations for hourly and salaried employees. • Work with HR Managers and Payroll to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data. • Actively engage with potential and current clients through various forms of social media and communications.
