About Kara Alhadeff

People are the heartbeat of any organization. Without them, goals are just dreams. I mix innovative tech with leadership development to bring back the fun in leadership training and programs. I thrive when collaborating with Learning and Development teams to discover their leadership needs and design and develop hands-on, skills-based experiences using cool, innovative tech. I see these learning experiences as catalysts for gradual shifts in organizational culture, driving change management and strategic initiatives through people—the critical ingredient for achieving success.Leading projects from start to finish for notable clients like EY, PwC, BDO, Abbott, Eli Lilly, Boston Consulting Group, Lockheed Martin, and Molson Coors has been a thrill. Each project has been a dynamic adventure filled with excitement and inspiration! My current project is pioneering the Service Delivery Partners function within my company to help our SaaS product scale. I am building up a team, developing processes, and working closely with Customer Success so that we can continue to deliver quality leadership development solutions at scale. So how did I get here?I started as a high school teacher, always focusing on people and understanding their needs through consultation and questions. This joy in helping learners led me to coach senior school leaders, guiding them in using data for strategic decisions and fostering growth mindsets.Wanting to expand my impact, I transitioned to the corporate world by pursuing a Master of Science in Learning and Organizational Change at Northwestern University, set to graduate in fall 2025. While balancing a full-time job and part-time graduate studies, I found my passions in learning and performance, team management, leadership coaching, change management, and people analytics. My Capstone Thesis starts in early 2025, and I can't wait to share my insights!I embrace a people-first mindset, continuous learning, service orientation, design thinking, and collaboration for innovation. In my free time, I love exploring the outdoors, cooking nourishing meals, and spending time with family and friends.
