Duties- Financial management- Bookkeeping- Marketing management- Customer relations management- Operations management- Menu design and overall running of restaurantOperational activities• Direct and coordinate activities of the business with specific attention to pricing, sales and procurement. • Prepare and review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement. • Establish, implement and review business strategies, goals, objectives, and procedures,• Determine staffing requirements, interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes. • Management of staff, preparation of work schedules and assigning of specific duties, review of performance and implementing any necessary corrective actions.• Monitor, and manage relationships with suppliers / service providers to ensure efficiency with specific focus on speed, quality and cost of service/ goods delivery.• Oversee production activities including storage, safety and security, adherence to health and other statutory codes and standards, quality, consistency, service excellence, and all other processes related to the production of our products and provision of services.

Duties• Assess and Manage ABSA’s Currency options book within prescribed risk parameters.• Compile daily P&L and Risk reports.• Support the derivatives structuring and marketing department by providing updates on options markets, hedging ideas/ strategies and competitive pricing.• Maintain and promote the Bank’s profile and presence in the inter-bank options market by providing liquidity to currency options brokers and competitive pricing directly to other banks.• Analysis of Technical and Macro-economic factors and information in the relevant to currency markets.• Speculative trading of currency options with prescribed risk parameters to meet set budgets and targets.
