Having worked abroad for two years as a waitress has trained me with exceptional customer service and has taught me a lot of patience. Following that, studying retail business management extended my knowledge on the daily operations needed for a successful retail store. Doing my internship with Dischem assisted me in putting all the knowledge I learnt to good use. Working as a store supervisor for African basket has empowered me to run a business to the best of my ability, ensuring the store has great turnover, stock hold is up to date, staff understand and give excellent customer service and have a healthy working environment as well as ensure the store always has an inviting and welcoming environment
