As a Human Resources Business Partner at WillowTree, I support the growth and development of our talented and diverse team of Engineers. I leverage my skills in employee relations, performance management, onboarding, training, and HR leadership to foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Previously, I was a Human Resources Manager at Roto Group LLC, where I managed all aspects of the HR function for a creative design and fabrication studio. I also served as a Senior Director of Human Resources at Columbus Hospitality Management, where I led the recruitment and retention efforts for 21 properties and 1,000 associates. One of the highlights of my career was facilitating and the Future Leaders program, a yearlong initiative to mentor and empower the next generation of hospitality professionals. I hold an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and a SHRM-SCP certification.
