I was required to be knowledgeable about all products offered through the company and recommended the best items for individual patrons. I received 'Angel of the Month' two times--an award given to those who accumulate great sales, customer satisfaction, and portray and encouraging attitude in the workplace.

As a VS PINK UGA Street Team Member, I was heavily involved in brand promotion across social media platforms. I helped host several social media campaigns and PINK events to increase brand involvement on the University of Georgia campus. I educated college students on the PINK brand and raised awareness of the different product collections in order to help them find their perfect fit within PINK.

As an intern for The Athens Corn Maze, I had the opportunity to create a social media campaign in order to help the organization reach a larger audience. I created graphics for advertising purposes using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign and utilized Google Analytics to measure increases in social media interactions across several mediums. Through my efforts with the campaign, I was able to increased brand awareness by 300 followers on Twitter and 120 likes on Facebook during the first month.

I gained experience shadowing reporters and producers in the newsroom and in the field. I was responsible for assisting reporters with equipment and learning how to edit footage for broadcast. I interacted with officials and learned how to conduct interviews in order to form a news story.
