Born amid the 2008 financial crisis, Advantech was the result of a unique vision: combining military experience with cutting-edge technology to support critical civil, defense, and national security needs.Leveraging my 15+ years of experience in winning federal contracts, I partnered with my husband Jack, a former Naval Civil Engineer Corps officer, to create a formidable team. We established Advantech as a Top Secret Professional Engineering Services, HUBZone, and SDVOSB certified company.Under our leadership, Advantech achieved over $6M in annual revenue within the first 4 years. We secured several prime contracts with the Department of Defense, ranging from $2M to $15M, maintaining a 97% win rate. Additionally, we provided critical support as a subcontractor for major federal government contractors including Booz Allen Hamilton, SAIC, and Parsons Government Services.This period established Advantech as a successful company serving our military and federal government, demonstrating our ability to turn adversity into opportunity.
