I design solutions in collaboration with other balanced product teams to empower our in store teammates and delight our customers with engaging, user friendly experiences that unite the digital and physical world of omni-channel fulfillment at DICK'S Sporting Goods, Golf Galaxy and Public Lands!I led the refresh of our buy online online pickup in store (BOPIS) experience using human centered design methods. Post launch, teammates were able to more effectively locate our customers, which translated to faster delivery times and less waiting for our athletes. We reduced the average speed to deliver in store by ~50% and our curbside delivery saw an average 30% decrease too!
