This is identified through their interviewing process, skill assessment scores, and reference checks. • Negotiated a contract with a national logistics company in which I am the main point of contact and the lead Recruiter for 65 direct-hire Sales positions throughout the nation. • Point of contact for 15 major accounts, I conduct weekly follow-ups with our clients as well as attend weekly client meetings to check on our associates’ performance and identify any additional needs/orders our clients may have.
