To become a supermarket owner trainees are required to work in-store to develop an understanding of the grocery industry and co-op system. I worked at New World Karori in Wellington as both Manager and Assistant Manager in several departments while also being guided on business operations by the current owner.Unfortunately the uncertainty of Covid-19 meant the timing of starting in this business was not right.

ACC administers the countries no-fault scheme if anyone is injured in an accident. The agencies three pillars are Prevention, Care, Recovery. ACC ePMO actively delivers projects across all three pillars. In 2015 the organisation launched an ambitious 5 year Business Transformation programme to modernise ways of working and better provide its services to every New Zealander. As a Project Analyst I assisted in developing and maintaining enterprise project reporting and used my project management skills to assist projects with their contributions to enterprise risk, benefits, milestone and lessons reporting.
