Studied the top 10 tutoring and after-school programs in the country.▪ Moderated focus groups, planned project meetings, and led work sessions for 10 individuals and 2 partner organizations.▪ Conducted surveys using an online platform, SurveyGizmo. Authored questionnaire and analyzed data regarding community vision and goals for program development.▪ Designed and presented a central, standardized model to benefit tutoring of Toledo-area students.
