I have always been a determined and hard worker that strives for perfection, and continue to challenge myself in new opportunities that arise. With that being said,i graduated from the University of Toledo with a major in Human Resource Management. My current position is a Talent Coordinator at Hylant. As a Talent Coordinator, I will develop a wide range of skills that will be essential to success in the field of human resources. Through this role, I am hoping to gain experience in certain tasks or responsibilities that will allow me to develop a strong understanding of the talent management process. In addition, from previous roles I have had, I am able to provide strong communication and problem-solving skills, which make me a valuable asset to any team.
