I researched and optimized vector production processes on our Cell and Vector Engineering team

• Team project: use proteomics to identify proteins that interact with Kirrel3 in order to dissect and uncover signaling pathways involved in synapse formation in the mouse brain
• Independent project: develop and optimize a protocol for combining fluorescent immunohistochemistry with multi-color fluorescent RNA in situ hybridization on mouse brain cryosections
• Conduct guided experiments and collect preliminary data for grants
