While at Chenango Contracting I was the payroll representative for 3 companies and assistant to the Controller. I worked with the employees to go over their Per Diems, prevailing wage rates, and other issues that came up due to fluctuating pay rates and different state or federal rules with pay hours worked. I took care of corporate taxes, 401K maintenance, employee phones, ran union reports and payments, general filing alone with any other needs of the company. I took care of HR responsibilities with all the new hire paperwork and continued support with the guys in the field. Motili was a team within Modern Marketing Concepts and branched off into its own company in July of 2015. Motili services HVAC needs for national clients from the beginning diagnostic stage following through with completion of servicing or changing out equipment within short set deadlines. In my most recent position It was my job to analyze and negotiate bids from HVAC technicians for multiple clients. I would then prepare and send them to the clients for review and approval. I did some reviewing of bids with the client to explain cost and need for the work to be done. I would jump in and help in other areas of the job when free continuing what I had done in the previous position held in the company.I have held the position of job management as well. In that roll I reviewed the approvals from our client and dispatched one of our qualified techs from our national database to complete the job. I did job follow up for a quote to be received and for a job completion date to keep our techs within our given deadline to our client. I helped to resolve issues that come up as well as provided support to both the tech and client.

I was an Inside Sales Representative. My job consisted of indirect sales, product marketing, lead generation, and cusomer support to HVAC technicians for an HVAC manufacturer and their distribution centers. I went through a lot of training on HVAC equipment, regulations, and trends as well as self research for the territories I was working in on what the HVAC tech was looking for and how I could help them get it. Outside of my job responsibilities I would do side projects. A few of them were assisting in creating a training manual for our team, creating training plans for new reps as well as training them and running spiffs to motivate the team.

This was an Externship to earn my Associates Degree in accounting. I worked Quick Books reconciling accounts for tax season. I also worked with the companies counter parts who were financial advisers. They showed me how to pull stocks for potential clients and put portfolios together. I ran reports for new homeowners and sent out informational cards for homeowner insurance.
