Dynamic, passionate and dedicated sport leader with a 20+ year track-record in the advancement of athletes, coaches and officials in the Canadian sport system. I have contributed to impactful development and high performance initiatives in the sport of artistic swimming since 2003. I have worked to deliver success in project and program implementation from grassroots to high performance, pioneered data and performance analysis in the sport, undertaken research as well as grant and project writing, and worked to ensure acquisition of funding opportunities. With over 30 years of experience in artistic swimming and the amateur sport system as an athlete, coach, official and sport leader, I am committed to supporting and advancing all stakeholders to realize their potential and goals. With a career devoted to Provincial and National sport organizations I am relentless in developing and implementing best in class programming and results and believe in winning the Canadian way.I hold an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and I am certified Competition Development Coach and Master Coach Developer through the National Coaching Certification Program of Canada. I am also World Aquatics Technical Official and Instructor and participated at the 2024 Olympic Games at a Technical Controller for Artistic Swimming.
