Provided concierge level support for Fortune 100 companies, military installations, and master planned developments for the largest municipally-owned electric + gas utility in the nation. Customer base exceeded 200 organizations across private, public and non-profit sectors and generated over $600M in annual revenues. Guided strategies on energy data benchmarking, electric vehicle pilots, resiliency solutions and support of customer decarbonization goals. Hosted virtual and in-person summits and served as a featured speaker on community partnerships and pathways to a lower carbon future. Led team of account managers with a mentoring focus on strategic customer relations and active listening skills, resulting in the highest customer satisfaction scores in the company.

Managed the utility's policy and advocacy functions with the City of San Antonio, Bexar County and 31 suburban cities; enhanced engagement with City staff, chambers of commerce, public agencies and other key stakeholder groups. Served as an advisor to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team on political and community issues. Provided subject matter expertise on the City of San Antonio's Comprehensive Development Plan, Climate Action and Adaptation Plan, annexation agreements, smart city initiatives and community-wide deployment of 5G technology. Hosted numerous learning forums for community members, elected officials and C-Suite executives.

Led collaborative community-based programs and secured funding to support local parks, workforce training, and community development projects. Full P&L responsibility for boutique contractor working on urban infill, commercial and government projects. Served as the company's CEO, CFO, business development lead and regulatory compliance/ reporting officer. Volunteer work included leading Chamber committee on veteran and military spouse hiring; collaborated with large and small businesses, non-profits and Joint Base San Antonio to bridge the military-civilian divide and reduce veteran unemployment; invited to speak at Texas Diversity Council, local NPR affiliate and military Transition Assistance Program sessions.

Played a lead role in executing the civilian response to BRAC 2005 realignments, making San Antonio the home of military medical training and research, with an economic impact of over $5.9 Billion. Served as community staff lead for land use planning, infrastructure development, communications efforts and expanding workforce and business opportunities. Led working groups of local, state and federal officials, business executives and Pentagon-level military leaders from all branches of service; secured $135M in governmental funds for community projects; served as the County Judge's liaison to all military missions in or relocating to San Antonio and as the Honorary Commander to Lackland AFB’s 37th Mission Support Group.

Served as team lead for recruitment, retention and expansion of technology, biomedical and defense industries. Ran cost-benefit analyses, recommended tax incentives for economic development projects and oversaw the administration of external agency grants. Supported international program through creation of multi-lingual marketing collateral and selection of international protocol gifts program to position Bexar County as a world class destination for doing business.

Compiled secondary market research to assist 700+ entrepreneurs in 30 states in starting or growing their business. Presented training classes on market research, data mining techniques and target market segmentation. Researched, wrote and planned programs for economic development grants.
