As Director of Operations, my responsibilities include, but are not limited to: strategic growth and development of operations, accounting, payroll, human resources, field support as well as management across varying departments and employees within the office. Responsible for warehousing inventory, purchasing and replenishment. Oversee logistics of ground freight, LTL and FTL. Reports to Executive Vice President and ownership daily. Manage and create social media content and schedule. Provide support to sales and training staff by developing presentations and designing content. Conduct annual employee reviews. Proficient in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office. Experienced in Adobe Creative Cloud Apps including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, Lightroom and Spark.
