KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Communicating, on behalf of the agency, with shareholders, government entities, NGOs, and the public;• Leading the development of the agency’s short- and long-term strategy;• Creating and implementing the agency's vision and mission;• Evaluating the work of other executive leaders including our senior agents, creative consultants and strategic partnerships;• Maintaining awareness of the competitive landscape, expansion opportunities, markets, industry developments, etc.;• Ensuring that the agency maintains high social responsibility wherever it does business and upholds our core mission and values;• Assessing risks to the company and ensuring they are monitored and minimized; and• Setting strategic goals, objectives, and tactics by making sure they are measurable and attainable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Faculty Management• Recommend the appointment, advancement, or contract termination of faculty members• Evaluate the performance of each faculty member in his/her department• Recruit new faculty members as required• Orient and mentor new faculty members• Monitor and evaluate faculty member performance in accordance with the faculty evaluation guidelines and rubric• Advise and recommend professional development opportunities to faculty• Monitor and report faculty members’ absences• Class Scheduling• Provide input regarding faculty workloads and teaching assignments• Each quarter assist in enrollment projections, the preparation of the class schedule, and the assignment of faculty to teach courses• Budget Coordination• Submit budget proposal when requested• Maintain a current inventory of equipment and supplies• Coordinate the ordering of supplies, submit requisitions, and maintain records of purchases• General duties• Submit required reports accurately and promptly• Perform other duties as assigned

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:• Lead the QEP Implementation Team• Chair the QEP Advisory Committee• Manage the QEP budget and maintain all records and files• Collaborate with the Office of Academic Affairs in the development and implementation of the faculty development plan and with the Director of Institutional Effectiveness in the assessment of student learning• Nominate and supervise committee positions that report to the QEP Director• Provide annual reports; prepare and submit the 5th year report to SACS • Regularly disseminate information on QEP activities and research both internally and externally, via presentations, conferences, workshops and web-based technologies.• Ensure that co-curricular and other activities that are beyond the scope of the QEP are coordinated with the QEP’s goals and strategies
