Tel Education is a non-profit organization committed to facilitating equitable access to high-quality, affordable education worldwide by partnering with regionally accredited universities to deliver online collegiate courses while incorporating services that support a successful experience.As VP, I was responsible for driving operational strategy with stakeholders and leading a team across 6 departments’ account management, support services, instructional services, curriculum development, operations, & technology to ensure ultimate success in achieving organizational goals.A few of my accomplishments include: 𝗟𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗼𝗳 ~𝟭𝟬𝟬 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹-𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲𝘀 and faculty hybrid and remotely across 36 states to support 24,000+ participants worldwide, handling multiple projects/programs simultaneously and quickly resolving high-impact escalations.𝗗𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 by 107% within the first year & 455% over 3 years, assessing needs & implementing programs to support 200+ strategic partnerships.𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁, launched a new program, and implemented multiple projects within the first 3 months of employment.𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝟯 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘀 by analyzing & prioritizing needs, optimizing workflows, reallocating resources, hiring/onboarding 38 faculty & team members, and contributing towards 50+ digital enhancements to TEL's 'in-house' LMS.𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻-𝗱𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗵 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀 and presented quarterly/annual reports, tracking key performance indicators, providing strategic recommendations, & leading/participating in 100+ initiatives that achieved goals. 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗻𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝟲𝟬+ 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲𝘀 and led initiative that improved training program, streamlining processes, creating resources, & implementing digital software, improving efficiency, & team cohesion.
