Art lead for US side of a global launch for a new Lilly Oncology product, with projects including campaign concepting, market research, video/animation production, photo shoots, sonic branding, and tactics ranging across digital, web, rep training, and print. Responsible for developing and maintaining branding across print, Web, and presentation formats for two product launches (one consumer/HCP, one managed markets), with frequent client-facing interaction. Art supervisor/mentor for the TORCH Project (a program leading teens through the production/marketing of an event) as well as the designer for all related creative materials (print, web, and collateral). Organized the studios archives and assisted in the production of artwork, graphics, web work, and printed pieces for agency and clients. Mechanicalized files using master pages and style sheets to send to outside vendors, following through with press checks. Produced color proofs. Prepared files for offset and digital printing, optimized image graphics, and created press-ready PDFs. Gathered files, with flight-checking, for full collects on disc to be delivered to printer, or digital releases through FTP uploads/web cargo. Worked with both four color process and spot colors. Provided technical assistance, including scanning, proofing, archiving and cataloging project files and documents. Trained and developed junior designers' skills.
