Led all operations for 2nd annual Salesforce TrailheaDX Developer Conference. Attendance increased from 500 in the inaugural year, to 5000+ attendees over 2 days in 2017. Conference included numerous product demos, sponsor kiosks, hands-on workshops, breakout sessions as well as a keynote and luminary presentations. Effectively managed a budget of $10M which included general service contractor, registration, event staffing, custom fabrication, union labor, lighting/AV, networking, security and various rental vendors.

Program increased NBW Facebook followers 70%, Twitter followers 121% and drew five million media impression Showcased an elite athlete with 39 store appearances over a four month period- Concepted and produced a shoe trialing experience for the release of the Air Jordan XX8 shoe during NBA All-Star Weekend 2013. Over the course of a four-day activation throughput exceeded 3,000 people, resulting in the Jordan Brand’s most successful consumer-facing shoe launch to date

- Managed a team of 20 full time and contract staff executing 120 events nationally both on and off college campuses - Acted as liaison between General Manager, Accounts, Logistics and all Project Staff throughout event execution- Created and managed internal and client timelines for Comcast, CocaCola and MTVu programs - Visited event sites throughout programs to reinforce client messaging and ensure flawless execution
