Kara Lamelza is the Manager of Operations for Hospital-based clinicians at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, MO. In this role, she leads a dynamic team of clinical and operations personnel across multiple departments. Previously, Kara served as a Senior Systems Analyst at Mercy, where she played a key role in enhancing the hospital's workflows and staffing protocols. Her extensive background also includes positions in human resources and recruitment, where she filled openings in diverse departments, conducted behaviorally based interviews, and collaborated with leadership to evaluate applicant candidacy. Kara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from California State University, Fresno.
