I am a bilingual artist and educator with a BA in Theatre and World Cinemas, and a BEd, both from the University of Ottawa. I have a passion for the performing arts and a dedication to visitor experience, which I have demonstrated in my roles at the National Arts Centre (NAC) and as a freelance set designer. For over seven years, I have worked at the NAC as a Receptionist, a Visitor Experience Host, a Festival Assistant, and a Volunteer and Visitor Experience Coordinator. I have contributed to the success of various festivals and events, such as Mushkamo and Zone Théâtrale, by providing excellent customer service, supervising crafts and activities, and assisting the technical director.As a freelance set designer, I have worked with different companies in and around Ottawa, such as the Drama Guild, l'eau du bain/Théâtre Action and the UOttawa theatre department, creating and constructing sets for various productions. I have showcased my artistic vision, creativity, and collaboration skills, as well as my knowledge of world cinemas and cultures. You can find some of my work here or on my website.
