We are All Good Industries, a restaurant management company based in Charleston, South Carolina. Our portfolio includes Taco Boy (Folly Beach, Downtown, Summerville), Park & Grove, The Royal American and The Bounty Bar, all in the greater Charleston area. Karalee Nielsen Fallert is our Founder/CEO and she co-owns each of the aforementioned restaurants.

Taco Boy is a family of taquerias serving scratch-made tacos and other Mexican-inspired eats, margaritas and craft cocktails using only fresh juices, and a curated list of tequilas, cristlalinos, and mezcals. Our mission is to use the power of tacos to create positive impact by nurturing people and building community.

Park & Grove is a much-loved neighborhood gem just steps from historic Hampton Park in downtown Charleston. Like its dynamic neighborhood, Park & Grove moves with the seasons. Using fresh ingredients that reflect the abundance from local fields, farms, and waters, the culinary team blends classic and inventive approaches for an unforgettable New American experience. From simple preparations of wildly delicious dishes, thoughtful service, and inviting space that effortlessly moves from sun-drenched brunches to starlit dinners — to outdoor gathering space for events and activations, Park & Grove is an effervescent energy. Located in the Ole Charleston Forge building on Charleston’s Upper Peninsula, The Royal American has been serving up quality food, drink, and live music since 2011. Stop in any night of the week for dinner, and on the weekends to hear original live music from the best local, regional, and national artists. Our team of chefs, Brian “Beezle” Emery & Kirsten Lawton, have elevated our Classic American menu to new heights, with rotating soups, Red Plate Specials, and “Staff Meals.” We are proud to be able to have fun with our menu, while still carefully sourcing only the best and most local ingredients we can find. Royal menu classics include our 32oz Punches, House-made Beef Jerky, House-ground Hamburgers & Patty Melts, and Muffaletta Sandwiches. New dishes include Music City Hot Shrimp, a Philly Cheesesteak, Magic Wings, The Pharmacy Burger, and Disco Fries!

Located in the heart of Folly Beach, The Bounty Bar has been dishing out quality food & drink since April 2022. You won't find a better kitchen, open until 1am seven days a week, for miles around! Guests can stop by every day of the week for lunch or dinner, as our team of passionate culinarians serves up familiar favorites from our beloved big brother, The Royal American. In addition to Royal's infamous Hamburgers & Patty Melts, which help anchor The Bounty Bar’s menu, new items like Chicken Tenders, The Bar Steak, Peel & Eat Shrimp, and our Fried Flounder Sandwich proudly honor both Turf & Surf. The boozy Signature Punches take a deep freeze to slushy status & are sure to cool down the toastiest of beach bums!
