I am currently a final year undergraduate student at AUT, City Campus studying a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice. I am currently searching for placement in industries specifically in Criminology and Criminal Justice yet is open to any industries involving prisons, community work or law, specifically, in the field of the department of corrections or the Police force, however, is open to any industries involved law and crime.My current short term goals are developing skills in conflict and resolution, being able to display and deepen my skills in leadership—also, an opportunity to be working within a team outside of University and Sports. I am currently seeking industries that will offer any programmes or frontline work involving crime, law or working within the community. I will be willing to undertake any projects or assessment to achieve any specific goals in their aspect as this will help me in my future long term goal as a Police Officer. I am willing to learn aspects in the field of conflict and resolutions - understanding how industries involved in law or crime resolve dispute in a respectful manner. Moreover, growing more in my skills of communication as I've less experienced outside of University, therefore, preferably a placement that will involve a lot being amongst people. Also, I would love to develop practical skills and being more hands-on through projects or assessments. I am confident, friendly, and someone easy to adapt and adjust to new environments and challenges. During my spare time, I love to play sports and also spend time with close family and friends.
