• Accession and prepare incoming samples from MTF Biologics laboratories.•Comply with cGMP regulations and closely follow standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure completion accuracy of assays and appropriate interpretation of results.• Prepare reagents and chemicals required for sample testing.• Perform a wide range of analytical assays and testing methods.• Obtain accurate results in a timely manner. • Work in cooperation with Quality Control, Quality Engineering, and Quality Assurance to process and test samples.• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and optimize processes.• Maintain a clean and tidy laboratory environment.• Continuously update knowledge of relevant technologies and techniques through training and professional development activities.

-Assist students with writing papers and various writing assignments for classes of all majors and undergraduate grade levels at Marywood University.-Have a strong knowledge of technical and analytical writing skills.-Report detailed information of each student appointment within a library database for further Tutoring Center improvement and to better understand the needs of students enrolled in a variety of courses.

-Prepare appropriate instructional equipment, reagents, and instruments for undergraduate and graduate Immunology laboratory courses in a BSL2 laboratory.-Build a strong knowledge of laboratory equipment, experimental procedures, and analytical techniques such as (but not limited to): Polymerase Chain ReactionEnzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA)Bradford AssayWestern Blot-Collaborate with the laboratory manager to ensure that all preparations are accurate and complete.-Keep inventory of laboratory supplies and alert laboratory manager of ordering needs.-Ensure that the laboratory is neat, clean, and free of hazardous waste; remove and prepare hazardous waste for removal.

-Assist students in understanding concepts in General Biology and General Chemistry courses.-Have a strong knowledge of topics in biology and chemistry related courses.-Report appointment details to a learning specialist to help better understand the needs of students enrolled in science-based courses at Marywood University.

-Support undergraduate and graduate students of all majors enrolled at Keystone College in all areas of writing, including (but not limited to):Analytical writingTechnical WritingFormattingResearch Writing-Report various details of each student appointment to the library supervisor to better improve the Writing Center’s capabilities and to better understand the needs of enrolled students.
