• Company : Dar Metal Company • Location : Over Saudi Arabia • Projects : Subcontractor in many Projects • Position : Zone Manager  Period : From 01/2018 till present • Position : Senior Site Engineer  Period : From 01/2016 till 01/2018• Position : Site Project Engineer Period : From 11/ 2011 to 01/2016Responsibilities: • Generally responsible for implementations of all civil & Arch works • Setting out the works in accordance with the drawings and specification.• Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements and observance of safety requirements.• Proficient in supervising & controlling of site activities along with safety• Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the civil & Arch work groups at site.• Coordinates with consultants for any site instructions and inspection of works.• Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.• Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards.• Assuring the implementation of quality and safety aspects at site.• Planning of daily work as per the instructions from the project manager• Prepare daily reports for CM & management & productivity reports• Make sure that all work and activity were going on as per safety requirement. • Monitoring and Inspecting Sub-contractors Works.• Driving subcontrctors .• Proficinal of steel structrure , curtian walls , structural glazzing , Aluminum Cladding , stainless steel works , Sky lights• Review received drawings and finishing schedule from technical office• Rising clearance for MEP department and following• Prepare daily duty for the next day• Wooden Works ( doors , cladding , parquit..)
