(As per System requirements).Plan, Conduct and Monitoring of SPC and MSA.Responsible to achieve as per decided timing to develop the parts & ensure the good quality products.Preparing & monitoring INITIAL SUPPLY CONTROL after SOP at customer to ensure the good quality product & maintaining the related documents.Conduct internal audit like Process, and Product and layout Audit.Documents and record control via establish and maintain the QMS portal.Lead role in MACE activity for maintain & preparing all the documents for New part development (APQP & INITIAL SUPPLY CONTROL), CHANGE MANAGEMENT (4M CHANGE) & Maintenance.Measurement and monitoring the process performance.Data collection, analyzing and present the data in monthly quality meeting in front of Head of Department

Interaction with customers. Follow up for customer system audit (mace audit) and submit action plan of non-conformities.Update and make quality system procedure, functional procedure Preparing APQP documentation for new part development.Preparing PPAP documents.Monitoring all the documents of in process like in-process sheet, 4m change documents, maintenance documents, IPC documents.
