- Maintain and effectively manage payroll for 1100 employees from 4 vendors, ensuring data accuracy on a monthly basis and minimizing potential errors.- Provided payroll data required by related units in accordance with applicable regulations- Play a role in proposing and implementing outsourcing strategies for vendors and insurance, improving efficiency and reducing operational costs- Design and propose employee welfare policies, and manage MPP budget effectively- Lead the BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan processes, ensuring compliance and completeness of documents and conducting periodic socialization- Provide information to insurance participants regarding claims and reimbursement with a high level of participant satisfaction - Take full responsibility in managing events actively collaborating with external vendors in employee welfare programs, increasing employee engagement and satisfaction- Monitor and manage vendor invoices through to the payment process, optimizing payment timing and reducing potential late payments- Support and report monthly all cost increases as a basis of evaluation for the operations team.

- Efficiently manage and process health reimbursement claims, including eye, dental, and inpatient claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies- Execute and oversee airfare reimbursement claims, ensuring timely refunds and compliance with company policies- Responsible for payment of hospital bills and travel agency invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to payment deadlines- Lead the BPJS Health and Employment process, ensuring document completeness and compliance with applicable regulations- Conduct and manage daily allowance payments for basic workers and employee transfer entitlements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies- Responsible for the payment and management of overseas employees' entitlements, ensuring the fulfillment of their rights in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.- Manage employee data updates and travel service route updates, ensuring employee data remains accurate and up-to-date- Contribute to the creation and delivery of ID cards to all employees, ensuring timely delivery- Ensure data updates and rights of overseas workers in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations- Lead the employee data change process, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of employee data at all levels
