Here, I successfully implemented ITIL and COBIT practices, ensuring high standards of IT service delivery.As the Head of Business Architecture Management, I spearheaded a strategic initiative to establish a Shared Services Centre, integrating state-of-the-art ECM, ERP, BPM, and Data Management solutions. This role honed my skills in driving efficiency and innovation across large-scale operations.In 2015, I co-founded a consulting firm dedicated to advancing Data Management and Data Governance methodologies. Our services include training information specialists, providing business consulting, and conducting research in digital transformation, data management, and IT marketing.
