• Monitor Azure Environments: Oversee the health, performance, and security of Azure resources, including VMs, storage, networks, and databases.• Incident Management: Respond to and resolve incidents related to Azure infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime and impact on operations.• Patch Management: Regularly apply patches and updates to Azure resources, including operating systems and applications, to maintain security and compliance.• Backup and Disaster Recovery: Implement and manage backup strategies, ensuring data integrity and availability. Develop and execute disaster recovery plans.• Resource Optimization: Analyze resource usage and optimize costs by right-sizing Azure resources, implementing automation, and leveraging reserved instances or spot pricing.• Security Management: Enforce security policies and compliance standards, including managing Azure Security Center, identity and access management, and network security groups.• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of the Azure environment, including architecture diagrams, runbooks, and incident reports.• Collaboration and Support: Work closely with development, security, and operations teams to support application deployments, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on best practices.• Capacity Planning: Conduct regular capacity assessments and plan for future growth to ensure the infrastructure can support business needs.• Compliance and Auditing: Ensure that Azure environments comply with relevant regulatory requirements, and support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.

• Communicating across all levels of an organization – Internal and external to Beyond Impact.• Maintaining uptime by pro-active management and monitoring to ensure environment health and minimize disruptions to mail-flow.• Assisting with management of all M365 services (Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, Power-BI, Power Automate, Stream etc.).• Provide L3 support to the managed services team specific to M365 and O365.• Escalating issues to vendors and managing tickets to resolution.• Ensuring the architecture meets the functional and non-functional requirements.• Worked on Third party experience (ShareGate, BitTitan, Veeam Backup).• Good knowledge of O365 Exchange Online.• Good understanding of eDiscovery, EOP and ATP.• Good understanding of Azure IaaS, PaaS and SaaS services.• Experience of using M365 Security and Compliance portal.• Hands-on experience on Azure Kubernetes Service.• Experience of implementing Azure Sentinel and Microsoft Defender for Cloud.• Experience of implementing Monitoring services (Azure Monitoring, Grafana, New Relic, and Etc)• Experience in Azure Active Directory Synchronization processes. (Joining machines, policy administrator, Intune Management).• Excellent troubleshooting/problem solving skills.• Providing a support service for users receiving Incidents and Work Requests from Service Desk. • Planning, executing and managing Azure resources and M365 Service including security and compliance as per organization requirement and terms.• Working with multiple onshore and offshore clients.• All other IT related duties as assigned.
