As a Human Resource Examiner, I applied my Master's degree in HR Management and my communication and problem solving skills to assess and improve the hiring process at Pupilar UAE, a company that specializes in the future of hiring. I collaborated with the HR team and the hiring managers to design and implement innovative and effective recruitment strategies, tools, and assessments, and to evaluate and optimize the candidate experience and the employer brand. I also contributed to the development and delivery of HR policies, programs, and training, and supported the HR analytics and reporting functions. Previously, I worked as a Sales Executive at Milan Safety, where I gained valuable experience in customer service, negotiation, and marketing, and as a Human Resources Intern at thedefaultgoods, where I learned the basics of HR administration and operations. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Business/Management from CHRIST COLLEGE, IRINJALAKKUDA, and I am proficient in computer literacy.
