- Coordinating with the legal team to ensure Player/coaching staff contracts are in accordance with FIFA/AIFF regulations- Managing the Indian Club Licensing System - Financial forecasting and budgeting for the football season- Managing FIFA Transfer Management System and AIFF Central Registration System - Managing all the Insurance policies for the club- Player/staff registrations for the league. Ensuring that all the staff and players paperwork is complete and as per regulations of the league- Assisting the team manager with any operational/kit/equipment requirements- Tying up and liaising with hospitals and other medical services to ensure first team and academy players have access to the required medical facilities - LGC (Local General Coordinator for matchdays) including stadium operations on matchday- Organising away fixtures

Key Responsibilities:- Liaising with Premier league and Football League clubs to get their coaches on the UEFA B course to fulfill the EPPP (Elite Player Performance Plan) requirements.- Tracking and reporting on the budget across all UEFA B courses and re-assessments.- Providing KPI reports to senior management. - Coordination of digital learning on behalf of FA Learning (3 months). - Ensuring Licensed Coaches Continuous Professional Development (CPD) hours are up to date. - Customer service. - Booking and finalizing the contracts with venues for all the national UEFA B courses. - Encouraging candidate registrations for the UEFA B, Youth Award Module 3 and International License course. - Providing course support/evaluation for candidates, staff and venues. - Resource Management: Ensuring all kit/equipment delivered at the venue in time for the commencement of the course.
