• Creating & modification of the elements of extrusion machine based on customer requirement (Steer engineering Japan, Askar ltd, ABD Ltd etc.) • Creating BOM for an assembly drawing in Solid work and SAP. • Create 3D models, drawings, blueprints in Solid Works. • Releasing Drawing to planning team for manufacturing the part model. • Coordinate with manufacture ring and planning team for parts drawing deviation. • Stack- up analysis for an assembly. • Selection of tolerance and fit for the component.

• Analysis of 15 different product cycle times & their improvement • Increased efficiency and accuracy of packaging • Built 6 kaizen in a year which reduces wastage of material as well increases mechanical parts efficiency • Built 10 different OPLs in a year which improves the efficiency of manpower and machine• Familiar with shaker pre-dryer, Food continues dryer, machine imprinting system machine • Having knowledge of pace packing machine. • Having knowledge of HOT- Extrusion process
