"Growth and learning are ongoing processes that are integral to my life philosophy. Throughout my career, I have welcomed every challenge and opportunity for growth, starting as a salesperson at SBI, where I honed my communication skills, followed by my time at iMerit Technology Services in IT. My drive to continuously improve led me to a startup, C-live Solutions, where I served as the quality lead and L&D Manager, utilizing my training and leadership skills.Despite the setback of the pandemic causing the startup to shut down, I took this as a chance to learn and grow even more. I joined EXL Services as an annotator, then moved on to Leadership R Us as an HR intern, where I was promoted to HR Manager due to my strong communication and training abilities. Currently, I am working at Cognizant Technologies as a Process Specialist for an AI/ML data annotations project, using my expertise in communication and training to help others grow in their own journeys.My goal is to help others achieve their full potential by sharing the lessons and skills I have learned.
