I am Managing Partner & CIO at Weave Capital, a multi-stage venture capital fund. In a career spanning over 19 years, I have a multi-sector & cross-geographic experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (Buy & Sell Side), Fund Raising (Debt / Equity), Joint Ventures, Fund Management / Investments, Start-up Advisory, Strategy Consulting, Business Restructuring. I have worked on assignments in diverse sectors such as Financial Services / Fintech, E-Commerce, Industrial Engineering, Automotive, Cleantech / Energy, Petrochemicals, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Agri-Processing, F&B, Stressed Assets, etc. Prior to founding Weave, I have held leadership positions across various well-known companies such as BDO India, Lodha Ventures etc. I co-founded Avighnaa Advisory, an Investment Banking and Management Consultancy firm and was also a Partner and Head of BDO India’s Corporate Finance as well as leadership team of Lodha Ventures (Family Office / Proprietary Fund).
