I have started four businesses so far, out of which two are highly successful, and two have failed in the past, which have been my biggest learning experiences and have taught me what to do, and what not to do. This has given me the ability to coach & train business owners how to strategically grow their business. I have trained & coached more than 150+ Corporate Organizations, more than 5000 business owners, and have personally coached more than 500 business owners across six countries. I am also the author of the book "Cattle or Catalyst" which teaches entrepreneurs how to get out of the self employment trap by building a second line team, and achieve strategic growth in their business. I have earned a reputation of being called the "Systems Guy." One of my biggest specialities is to dissect a business, engineer the right business model, design the most effective strategies to scale, and accelerate performance through designing systems at all levels. I have also worked with thousands of entrepreneurs and working professional, training & coaching them to become authors in their fields, and use their book to become a magnetic brand.
