Throughout the years, we have loved to empower our clients, including private and government entities, to operate sustainably by tackling dust, fumes, and other pollutants generated by manufacturing and operational processes.My impact was mostly created through spearheading research for penetration into new geographies & markets, working in tandem with the CEO to secure turnkey projects from large public/private entities, simultaneously drafting and managing contracts, proposals, quotations and agreements. I also looked after the smooth operations for multiple projects, ensuring vendor compliance, timely deliveries, dispatches, conflict resolutions, contract amendments, client stakeholder management and much more. My day-to-day had a creative angle to it since I was also responsible for the revamping of design and literature for the company's product portfolios.

BillMe is one of the leading digital billing platforms which innovatively enables the platform user to enhance their engagement with their customers by means of eradicating paper billing, communicating through advert campaigns on digital bills and designing automated journeys through the BillMe platforms which can also be integrated with the customer's WhatsApp, SMS and Email for a personalized experience. The sole focus is and will always be to save paper and go digital, all while making the interaction fun! How did I contribute? 1. Served as the sole Client Success Manager for platform users such as Cinepolis, Kompanero, AOMI, Halt Nutrition and many more2. Instrumental in launching several automated client journeys to enhance how they interact with their customer-base while using the BillMe platform by means of planning sequential interaction triggers3. Delivered thorough end-to-end walkthrough demos to clients prior to onboarding, introducing them to the benefits of extensive customer engagement at and after the point of transaction4. Assisted a heterogenous cohort of clients in designing their creative literature as well as e-banner adverts5. Effectively bridged the gap between client grievances and the internal tech-team to quickly resolve issues pertaining to the platform

I have worked as a freelancer for PARI on various projects and I have been involved mostly as a note-taker for IDIs. I am also well-versed in the analysis of data, quality checking and transcription. Additionally, I also have experience in fieldwork(Shillong/Nainital/Jodhpur) after working on a social research project in collaboration with PSI and Neeti Aayog to analyze and assess the Urban Health Governance in various geographies within India.
