Dr. Lamb is a licensed psychologist in Florida with experience treating children, adolescents, and adults in individual, family, and group treatment. She was a licensed psychologist in Maryland for 10 years, and moved to the Tampa area in 2013. She has extensive training in the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), panic, and anxiety disorders utilizing Inference-based CBT (ICBT trained by Dr. Fredrick Aardema), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) and cognitive behavioral therapies. She utilizes ERP, ICBT, Rumination- focused CBT, and Supportive Parenting of Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) to help those with OCD. She also provides treatment for skin picking disorders and trichotillomania using Habit Reversal Therapy (HRT) and the Comprehensive Model for Behavioral Treatment (Com-B). Dr. Lamb works with allistic and autistic individuals who are struggling with the impact of anxiety.
