1. Analysis Division (Computer Aided Engineering)Stress, Mechanics, Fluid, Thermal, Vibration and 1D analysis on CVT transmission components.2. Reliability DivisionPre-production experiment on Control Valve, Actuator and Oil Pump of CVT transmission.

• Responsible for carrying out Testing and Commissioning of DC Propulsion System (VVVF Inverter), High Voltage System (DC-750 V) and Train Control Management System (TCMS).• Responsible for the preparation of testing reports and ensuring results to be measured and calculated within criteria.• Responsible for Customer Client relationships such as Explanation of system, providing system training to the customer, and ensuring a smooth transition of the project.• Preparation of Maintenance Manuals/Documents for the above-mentioned systems and submission to the customer.• Responsible for investigation, analysis and rectification of failures occurred in TCMS and Propulsion system.• Responsible for all depot related work under the scope of Mitsubishi Electric Corp.• Responsible to ensure Safe and secure working zone for all near third rail high voltage

• Responsible for carrying out Testing and Commissioning of Propulsion System, Auxiliary Power system, High Voltage System (AC-25 KV), and Train Integrated Management System (TIMS).• Responsible for preparation of testing report and ensuring results to be measured and calculated within criteria.• Responsible for Customer Client relationship such as Explanation of system, providing system training to the customer, and ensuring a smooth transition of the project.• Maintenance, fault reporting, and fault investigation/analysis of the above-mentioned systems.• Responsible for carrying out all depot related activities under the scope of Mitsubishi Electric Corp.
