With 7 years of post qualification experience in FP&A, Business Finance and Internal Audit, I have developed expertise in preparing business plans & operating budgets, analyzing variances & providing insights and ensuring effective control environment. After qualifying as Chartered Accountant in the first attempt, I joined Vedanta Resources in Management Assurance Function and have grown on to become the go to person for MIS reviews, variance analysis and effective control Implementation.Post 2 years in Vedanta, I joined Abbott Laboratories in Business Finance/FP&A function and have gone on to play active role in business development activities such as the launch of new products, expansion of field force, market growth and evaluation.
