• Responsible to audit the work done by user and identify the errors • Corrective action plan to improve the quality and health of the practice by doing effective quality, reducing the business risk and delivering error free project to client • Improvement of overall performance of user and practices

• Responsible to complete the priority work given by clients within the time frame • Send Reports to managers on daily, weekly and monthly basis • Do quality check for new team members • Adhere to quality and feedback • Self-review work and follow the checklist • Escalating the trend based issue to Team lead and concerned department • Helping the new user to understand the medical billing terminology and PMS

• Weekly feedback to team and addressing the issues they are facing • Conducting monthly PKT based on process and sharing the improvement plan • Providing the additional improvement session to users who are performing below benchmark. • Helping the Organization to decrease the error by doing the root cause analysis
